Refund policy

Because our artisan loaves and baked goods are freshly prepared, perishable food items, we cannot accept physical returns under any circumstances. If you are unhappy with your order, please do not attempt to return the food to our pickup locations.

Quality Guarantee & Issues

We pour our hearts into every bake and want you to love your treats! If there is an issue with the quality, order accuracy, or craftsmanship of your product, please notify us within 48 hours of your pickup time.

To help us make it right, we kindly ask that you:

  1. Send us a clear photograph showing the issue with the product.
  2. Provide your name and order number.

Resolving Your Issue

If a quality issue is verified, we will work with you to find the best solution. At our discretion, we will happily offer one of the following options:

  • A Full Refund: Issued directly back to your original payment method.
  • A Bakery Credit: A digital credit for the full amount to use toward a future pre-order.
  • A Full Replacement: A fresh bake of the exact same item. Because our items require long fermentation and prep times, we require a minimum 24-hour waiting period to get your replacement baked fresh for you.

Missed Pickups

Because our items are baked to order and highly perishable, any orders not picked up during our designated weekly pickup windows cannot be refunded, credited, or held over to the following week.
